Yes, to modify your information simply consult the “check in” page after signing up, here you can modify your personal information, your contact preferences or delete your account.
To recover your password, click "Check in" then "Forgot password" You can then enter your email address to receive an email allowing you to reinitiate your password.

In compliance with strict regulations, you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data. Orders
We invite you to browse our shop's catalog. Once you've chosen an item, add it to your cart by clicking "Add to cart." You can continue shopping by selecting "Continue shopping," or proceed to payment by clicking "Checkout." From there, finalize your purchase by clicking "Proceed to checkout."
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Care team promptly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified, but we will endeavor to accommodate your request. For returns, please refer to the “Returns” section. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation on your screen and via email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Once your parcel has been shipped, an email containing all tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.
After your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not see this email, please check your junk or spam folder. Feel free to contact our Customer Care team if needed.
You can add a personalized message to your gift in the cart before checkout.
The gift card can be used to purchase any product on our website and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you don’t use the full balance in a single transaction, the remaining amount will stay available for future use within the 12-month validity period. Only one e-gift card can be applied per transaction, and if the gift card balance doesn’t cover the full purchase amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
SAMPLES
With every purchase of a 100ml product, we include scented cards featuring different fragrances from our collection, to give you the chance to discover other scents of our perfume collection.
Scented cards are specially designed cards that are pre-scented with fragrances from our perfume collection. They are enclosed in a plastic bag to help preserve the fragrance. If the plastic bag remains sealed, the scent can last for several months. Once the bag is opened, the scent will last for a few days.
You can keep the scented cards in your drawers or any small spaces to fill them with fragrance. They can also be enjoyed as a preview of our perfumes, giving you a chance to experience our scents.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay and other payments methods such as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.
We prioritize the security of our customers' banking information, ensuring that all payments made on our site are protected.
Import duties and taxes may apply when receiving international orders. These charges are beyond our control as they are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country/region and depend on several factors, including the origin of the product, local VAT rates, and import taxes. You will be responsible for paying these fees if requested by your local authorities.
You can pay your order only in the currencies used on our website. We do not accept payment in any other currency. Please note that if you have any additional fees applied by your bank, they will be charged to you.
We accept only one payment method per order. If you'd like to use multiple payment methods, please place separate orders.
DELIVERY
We offer shipping to the United States. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, logistic service providers, hotel and motel addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, the American Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.
The available shipping options will be displayed when you finalize your order.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all our orders above 100$.
Orders placed on our website are shipped by our logistics partners, who aim to deliver packages within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch for USA in standard shipping. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.
To track your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
When placing an online order, you have the option to enter separate addresses for delivery and billing.
Due to customs restrictions, shipping to certain countries/regions is not currently available on our site. However, we invite you to consult our Stockists section to find out which points of sales are available in your country/region.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays in the United States. Orders placed outside of business hours will be handled on the next available business day.
Our logistics partners are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your fragrance within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please first send the item to the following address:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, with the original packaging. We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and including the delivery note within the return package. Please note that the cost of return shipping and the choice of carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
After dispatching the return, please notify us of the shipment:
For Registered Customers: Log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, and select "Return". You will need to provide the tracking number and any additional required details.
For Non-Registered Customers: Please fill out our contact form, selecting "Request a Return" as the subject. Kindly include the tracking number and any other relevant information.
Once we have received your return request, we will process it promptly and provide further instructions regarding the next steps.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order, within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the right of withdrawal has been exercised, provided all the compliance conditions mentioned above are met.
Réservation will reimbourse the full amount paid but excluding shipping fees and return costs.
For security purposes, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For security reasons, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the 14-day withdrawal period is still valid, you can contact our Customer Care team to exchange your gift.

All Reservation parfums are made in France.

Our fragrances and products are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals, reflecting our commitment to ethical practices and the well-being of all living beings.
While our perfumes meticulously adhere to the standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), they still contain ingredients classified as perfumery allergens. Most of these substances are derived from natural ingredients, and they are indicated in our ingredient lists, in accordance with the Cosmetic European Regulation 1223/2009. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use.
The ingredients are clearly outlined in the designated ingredients section on the packaging of each fragrance, ensuring transparency and informed choices for our customers.
Réservation products are subjected to numerous and rigorous tolerance tests at all stages of development and meet the most stringent international standards to eliminate any substance with allergenic or irritant properties. However, in the case of discomfort or intolerance, we invite you to contact our Customer Service. Consult a doctor if necessary.
You can apply your fragrance where it pleases you, we usually recommend applying it on your pulse points, where the skin is warm and the blood vessels are close to the surface, to enhance diffusion:
- Wrists: Lightly spritz, avoiding rubbing.
- Neck: Apply on both sides near the base of your ears.
- Behind the ears: Dab a small amount.
- Inside the elbows: Ideal when wearing short sleeves, allowing the scent to waft.
- Behind the knees: As the scent rises with body heat.
Do not spray it directly on mucous membranes or internal areas. It is for external use only.
Fragrances should be stored in a cool, dark place to maintain their quality. Exposure to heat, light, and humidity can change the scent and shorten its lifespan.
Our formulas are subjected to numerous tests to prove their stability over time. Under these conditions, according to Cosmetic Regulations, it is not necessary to display an expiration date on the product. If in doubt, you can contact our Customer Care.
Perfume can change color over time due to several factors, including:
- Oxidation: Exposure to air can cause the ingredients in the perfume to oxidize, leading to color changes.
- Light Exposure: Ultraviolet (UV) light can break down the molecules in the perfume, altering its color.
- Heat: High temperatures can degrade the ingredients, causing the perfume to change color and sometimes even scent.
- Age: Over time, the natural aging process of the ingredients can result in color changes.
To preserve the color and quality of your perfume, store it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations.
